Information we collect
We collect personal information you choose to give us, for example when you email or call us: your name, business name, contact details and details about your premises or IT environment.
During a project we may have access to information about your systems, such as network configurations and administrator credentials. We use this only to deliver the agreed work, store it securely, and hand credentials back to you at the end of the project.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a call or site visit
- To prepare proposals and deliver projects
- To issue invoices and meet our legal and tax obligations
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Disclosure
We only share information where needed to deliver your project (for example with a cabling partner or your existing IT provider, with your agreement), with our professional advisers, or where required by law.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including encryption, multi-factor authentication and access controls. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Access and correction
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].
Complaints
